Dr. Don Wolfersteig graduated in 1976 from the Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology (magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa). He then went on to the University of Florida and graduated in 1980 with a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. After graduation he practiced for two years at Hollywood Animal Hospital and came to Branford in August of 1982. Dr. Don became a Diplomate of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners in 2000. He has a special interest in clinical pathology and internal medicine, especially endocrine diseases.
When he’s not working, he enjoys playing golf, reading, and attending Florida State University athletic games where he’s an avid fan.
